Enfinity ERP · Built for business in the GCC

AI-ready ERP for growing GCC businesses.Native to the GCC.

Enfinity ERP connects sales, purchasing, inventory and finance into one controlled ledger path for small and mid-sized businesses across Kuwait, the UAE and the wider GCC. AI reads the numbers first and explains what changed; your team keeps every decision that matters — what to buy, what to post, what to pay, and what to promise a customer.

WHO IT IS FOR

Enfinity ERP is built for the business that has outgrown spreadsheets and a single accounting package, but does not need — and should not have to pay for — enterprise ceremony it will never use. That is most trading, distribution, services and project businesses across the GCC: a wholesaler juggling landed cost across three ports, a contracting firm tracking committed cost against a fixed-price job, a services company chasing overdue invoices in two currencies, or a growing group that just opened its second legal entity and needs its books to keep up. Landed cost allocation, multi-currency, and a real payables/receivables control layer are available from the smallest edition, because a trading business needs them from day one, not as an upsell three years in. As the business grows into multiple companies, deeper consolidation, and a wider AI advisory surface, the Standard and Professional editions extend the same ledger path rather than asking for a second system.

ERP WORKSPACES

Eleven workspaces, one ledger path. Each is organised around a business decision, not a setup menu — start wherever the work matters most today, and every other workspace stays connected.

Finance & cash

FINANCE & CONTROLAccounting

Enfinity Accounting gives every sub-ledger — sales, purchase, inventory, payroll, projects — one shared posting path into a single general ledger, so your trial balance always tells the truth. Statements, budgets and GCC VAT sit in the same workspace as the ledger itself.

LIQUIDITY & RECONCILIATIONBanking & Cash Flow

Enfinity ERP imports your bank statements, suggests matches and classifications against your own rules, and keeps post-dated cheques and cash forecasts visible — so reconciliation is a short review, not a monthly scramble.

COUNTRY PROFILES & CONTROLTax & Compliance

Enfinity ERP resolves VAT, GST and e-invoicing rules from an effective-dated country profile, not a hardcoded assumption, posting every movement to a tax ledger you can reconcile before you file. Saudi Arabia, UAE, Bahrain and Oman are active today; Qatar and Kuwait are seeded and ready the day either introduces VAT.

Connected operations

PROJECT FINANCEProjects

Enfinity ERP's Projects module ties every hour, purchase and milestone to a job, posts phase closures and milestone billing straight to the general ledger, and shows budget versus actual with open commitments included — not just what has already been spent.

MULTI-COMPANY CONTROLConsolidation & Banking

Enfinity ERP treats your group as a company master with named operating units, not separate installations stitched together at month-end. Inter-company transactions, elimination drafts and transfer pricing run against reviewable policy, and consolidated statements come off the same ledger every entity posts to.

CONTROLLED SELF-SERVICECustomer & Supplier Portal

The Customer & Supplier Portal is a separate, signed-in surface where each customer sees their own invoices and statement, and each supplier sees their own purchase orders and statement — read-only in this release. No shared logins, no finance-system access, no open URLs.

AI ASSISTANCE. YOU STAY IN CONTROL.

AI assistance. You stay in control. Every feature below computes its result deterministically first — from your own posted history, your own documents, your own numbers — and the model only adds the explanation. Every feature still works with no AI provider configured at all, because the underlying calculation never depended on one. Every suggestion is written to an advisory ledger with an audit event, so what the system suggested and what a person actually did are both on the record. Nothing here posts a transaction, pays a supplier, reconciles a bank line, submits a tax return, or sends a message to a customer without a person choosing to do it.

Bill scan to draft purchase invoice

Point a phone camera or a scanner at a supplier bill and get a draft purchase invoice with supplier, date, currency and lines already filled in, ready for review.

The draft is non-binding; a person confirms the supplier and reviews every prefilled line before anything posts. Optical recognition of the image is supplied to the service, not performed by it.

Duplicate supplier-invoice detection

Screens a batch of supplier invoices against each other on supplier, invoice number, amount and date, flagging likely duplicates before a single riyal or dinar leaves the account.

The screen only flags candidates; a person on the payables team decides whether a flagged pair is a genuine duplicate before payment proceeds.

Supplier scoring

Turns on-time delivery, quality reject rate, price variance, average lead time and order count into one comparable score per supplier, built from your own purchasing history.

The score is a comparison tool, not a decision. The buyer still chooses which supplier gets the next order.

GL coding suggestions

Uncoded supplier-bill lines get a suggested GL account, built from your own posted history for that supplier — the account it went to last time, not a generic chart-of-accounts guess.

The suggestion still needs a person's confirmation before the line posts; nothing codes itself.

Bank match suggestions

Imported bank statement lines get a suggested match against your cash-book activity, so reconciliation starts from a shortlist instead of a blank screen of unmatched lines.

Suggested and matched lines are reviewed before the reconciler confirms them; the system never reconciles or posts by itself.

Cash-flow pressure explanations

Reads the forecast and post-dated cheque position across your accounts and explains, in plain language, where and when pressure is building — before it becomes a surprise.

The explanation informs a treasury decision; it does not move money, delay a payment, or draw on a facility on its own.

Collections prioritisation and reminder drafts

Ranks overdue balances by risk and prepares a reminder draft for the credit controller, so the busiest collector spends the morning on the accounts most worth calling.

Nothing is sent automatically; the credit controller reviews and sends every reminder themselves.

Impairment review flags

Flags an asset for impairment review from its persisted value and depreciation position, so a fixed-asset register that quietly drifted from reality gets caught at period close, not at audit.

An accountant decides whether any write-down is appropriate; the flag never adjusts the register itself.

Requisition budget checks

Tells an approver whether a purchase requisition fits its budget before they approve it, so budget breaches are caught at the request stage, not discovered at month-end.

The check informs the approval decision; the approver still decides whether to approve, reject or send the request back.

Line sanity checks on draft invoices

Screens quantity and unit price on a draft purchase invoice against your own purchase history for that item, catching a fat-finger entry or an unusual price before it posts.

The check surfaces a warning for a person to weigh; it never blocks or edits the line itself.

BUILT FOR REGIONAL PRECISION

Region-native by design. Effective-dated VAT profiles, ZATCA-aligned e-invoicing output, withholding tax certificates, reverse charge and India GST treatment are not add-ons bolted onto a generic system — they are how the ledger already thinks.

  • Saudi ArabiaActiveVAT profile active
  • United Arab EmiratesActiveVAT profile active
  • BahrainActiveVAT profile active
  • OmanActiveVAT profile active
  • QatarReady to configureReady to configure — no VAT yet
  • KuwaitReady to configureReady to configure — no VAT today

Plus India GST treatment for rates, HSN/SAC and reverse charge — no IRN or e-way bill generation.

Withholding tax with a real certificate

A rate table by supplier category drives withholding on supplier payments, and a certificate issues against an already-booked payment as the deducted-at-source proof the supplier needs for their own filing. The certificate documents what was withheld — it does not itself reduce the remittance you send.

EDITIONS

Small, Standard and Professional editions extend the same eleven-workspace ledger path — never a separate system to migrate into. Landed cost, multi-currency and the core payables/receivables controls are available even at Small; deeper consolidation, wider country coverage and the full AI advisory surface grow with Standard and Professional.

THE ENFINITY PLATFORM

Built on the Enfinity platform. ERP is one of ten Enfinity products sharing the same identity, company, workflow, reporting and AI foundations — so a new module never means a new sign-in or a new set of approval rules to learn.

  • Single sign-in with MFA

One identity across every Enfinity product, with multi-factor authentication and session control managed centrally, not re-implemented per module.

  • The company dimension

Multi-legal-entity scoping keeps every ledger, approval and report correctly bound to the right company as a group grows.

  • Workflow & approvals

Purchase requisitions, invoice unposts and journal corrections route through the same configurable approval engine every Enfinity product uses.

  • Reporting & personalization

Statements, ageing reports and account schedules are built on the same metadata-driven reporting engine, so a finance team can add its own view without a developer.

  • The AI gateway

Zero-spend by default, metered and budgeted centrally, with every ERP advisory logged to the same ledger the platform uses everywhere else.

  • ERP Mobile

Bill scan, supplier payments and invoice matching travel with the buyer or accountant, built on the same mobile shell as the rest of Enfinity.

FAQ
Which GCC countries does Enfinity ERP support for VAT?

Saudi Arabia, UAE, Bahrain and Oman have active, effective-dated VAT profiles today. Kuwait and Qatar are ready to configure — both currently have no VAT to switch on.

Is Enfinity ERP ZATCA certified?

No. It produces ZATCA-aligned simplified QR codes and unsigned UBL 2.1 output where a country profile requires it. Verify local acceptance requirements as part of your own rollout.

Is AI mandatory to use Enfinity ERP?

No. Every module works fully with no AI provider configured — the deterministic calculation was never the AI's job in the first place.

Can I migrate from Excel, Tally, QuickBooks, Zoho Books or Odoo?

Yes — the Migration Center imports common ledger, customer, supplier and item file formats so opening balances and masters do not need re-typing.

Is the interface available in Arabic?

Yes. Every screen, report and document supports Arabic with right-to-left rendering alongside English, and master data carries bilingual names.

How does company data stay separate for each customer?

Each company's data lives in its own database, selected by the platform's tenancy layer — never a shared table filtered by a flag that could be misconfigured.

Is there a mobile app?

Yes — ERP Mobile covers bill scan, supplier payments and invoice matching today, with more of the eleven workspaces reaching mobile over time.

How large is the public API?

It is deliberately small and scoped — four API scopes and three webhook events today, so an integration partner has a short, well-understood surface rather than an open-ended platform.

How does Enfinity ERP relate to the other Enfinity products?

ERP is the financial spine of the Enfinity suite — HCM, CRM, Billing, Restaurant, Retail, Commerce, Property, Projects and Desk all post through it rather than keeping a separate set of books.
