RECRUITMENT

Keep every hiring conversation moving with context.

Organize open roles, candidate information, interview feedback and offers in one recruitment workspace built for human-led hiring.

IN FOCUS

Bring the hiring workflow into view

Recruitment teams need a dependable view of open roles, applicants and the work needed to move a candidate forward. Enfinity HCM connects job postings, candidate records, interview feedback and offer preparation in a dedicated workspace.

  • Job postings and recruitment pipeline visibility
  • Candidate records and interview feedback
  • Offer preparation with recruitment context
Read the operating detail

That gives recruiters and hiring managers a shared place to prepare a conversation and capture its outcome. It does not make a hiring decision or replace the organization’s assessment process.

IN FOCUS

Use résumé assistance with human review

When configured, résumé assistance can help extract structured information and compare a candidate against defined competency criteria. It is an aid for organizing review, not a ranking that should be treated as a hiring conclusion.

  • Structured résumé extraction where configured
  • Competency-oriented review support
  • No autonomous screening or hiring decision
Read the operating detail

Recruiters and hiring managers remain responsible for deciding what information matters, checking its accuracy and making any employment decision. Teams should use the output alongside interviews, policy and informed human judgement.

IN FOCUS

Make the next transition easier

A candidate journey does not end at the offer. Recruitment can lead into onboarding, people records and the employee experience with the right handover and review points in place.

  • Contextual route to onboarding
  • Human-owned offer and handover decisions
  • Permission-aware employee information

The implementation plan defines which information moves forward and who can access it. Enfinity HCM is designed to support a considered transition, not an uncontrolled data handoff.

IN FOCUS

Create a hiring process candidates and teams can follow

A recruitment workspace should make the work visible without reducing candidates to a score. Recruiters can use Enfinity HCM to organize roles, candidate records, interview feedback and offer preparation in one place. Hiring managers can see the information and feedback appropriate to their role, rather than relying on a chain of emails to reconstruct where a candidate is in the process.

  • Role, candidate and feedback context in one workflow
  • Configured competency review with human verification
  • Controlled transition from offer preparation to onboarding
Read the operating detail

The organization defines its own interview stages, competency criteria, retention practices and approval responsibilities. When résumé assistance is configured, it can help turn supplied résumé information into a reviewable candidate profile and compare stated skills with the organization’s configured competency list. That output is a starting point for a recruiter—not a complete account of an applicant or a conclusion about suitability.

Before going live, teams should agree who can see candidate information, what must be verified before an offer, what feedback is retained and how approved information moves to onboarding. A careful setup supports a consistent experience for candidates and helps hiring teams focus on the conversations that need their judgement.

IN FOCUS

Start with the business reason for a role

A well-run recruitment process starts before a job is published. Department heads can raise a recruitment request with the headcount, department, position, budgeted salary and target fill date that explain why the role is needed. The request moves through a deliberate approval path, and an approved request can create the related job posting so the requisition and sourcing work remain connected.

  • Recruitment requests with headcount and budget context
  • Vacancies linked to planned position seats
  • Approval before opening or publishing a role
Read the operating detail

Vacancy management can associate an open role with an existing position seat, place it on hold, cancel it or record hires against it. This gives HR and leadership a clearer view of which recruitment activity is connected to a planned seat and which still needs a decision.

The workflow supports the organization’s planning discipline without deciding whether a role should exist. Budget, headcount, timing and business priority remain human-owned approvals.

IN FOCUS

Keep pipeline movement deliberate

A candidate application can move through configured stages such as applied, screening, interview, offer and hired, with rejected and withdrawn outcomes available as terminal paths. The stage guard prevents an application from skipping ahead or returning to an inactive stage, helping recruiters explain where a candidate is and what the next action should be.

  • Ordered, tenant-configurable pipeline stages
  • Interview schedule and round-level feedback
  • Evidence summary without automated hiring decisions
Read the operating detail

Interview scheduling supports schedule, reschedule, completion, cancellation and no-show outcomes. Feedback can be captured per interviewer and round, then rolled up into an average score and a positive, negative or neutral tally. That summary organizes evidence for discussion; it does not rank people or make a hire/no-hire decision on its own.

Teams should use the stages and feedback fields that fit their actual process. A smaller, consistently used pipeline is more useful than a long list of stages that recruiters interpret differently.

IN FOCUS

Give candidates a respectful, connected experience

The candidate portal can let applicants browse open roles, view a job, apply with a cover note, track an application, withdraw it and manage their own profile. Candidate self-registration can claim an existing HR-sourced record when the email matches, reducing duplicate profiles while keeping the action explicit.

  • Localized candidate self-service portal
  • Application tracking and controlled profile claiming
  • Privacy-aware candidate communication
Read the operating detail

A portal experience is strongest when it explains the next step and does not promise an outcome the hiring team has not reached. The organization chooses what status a candidate sees, what information is required and how communication is handled. The workflow provides a consistent route without exposing internal notes or unauthorized candidate information.

Candidate data should be governed like other sensitive people information. Define retention, access, consent and deletion responsibilities before opening the career site to external applicants.

IN FOCUS

Use résumé AI as evidence preparation

Where configured, résumé analysis extracts contact fields and preserves the source excerpt and confidence for each suggestion. A recruiter reviews, edits and confirms those fields before a candidate record is created. If the document-extraction or completion provider is unavailable, the flow returns an explicit unavailable state and keeps manual entry available.

  • Source excerpts and confidence alongside extracted fields
  • Manual confirmation before record creation
  • No autonomous screening or employment decision
Read the operating detail

This design makes the source visible and keeps the recruiter in control. AI does not decide whether a candidate advances, infer facts that are not present or create a record without confirmation. A competency comparison is a prompt to inspect experience, not a substitute for interviews, references or an equitable selection process.

Implementation should define which résumé formats are accepted, who can access uploaded documents, how long source files remain available and how a candidate can request correction or deletion.

IN FOCUS

Make offers and handoffs traceable

A job offer brings together salary, currency, probation, notice period and important dates. Enfinity HCM validates the sequence of offer, expiry and response dates, then supports sent, accepted, declined, withdrawn or expired states. Offers can use the shared signature service, binding the signed document to its material terms.

  • Validated offer dates and lifecycle
  • Shared e-signature with material-term binding
  • Explicit human-owned handoff into onboarding
Read the operating detail

When a candidate is hired, the platform can publish an integration event for downstream consumers. The reviewed source does not show an automatic system-triggered onboarding handoff, so HR should explicitly start the new-hire journey and verify the approved information that moves into it.

This keeps the transition deliberate. A successful signature is evidence of an offer response; it is not a substitute for HR verification, employee creation, access provisioning or the onboarding tasks that follow.

IN FOCUS

Carry regional identity context through intake

Recruitment teams in Kuwait, the UAE and the wider GCC may need identity and work-status information at intake. Candidate records can carry nationality, passport details, visa type, Civil ID information and an overseas-candidate flag so the relevant context is not lost between sourcing and later review.

  • GCC-relevant candidate identity fields
  • Kuwait labour-file and license context where configured
  • Document verification and access remain human-owned
Read the operating detail

Kuwait labour-file and government-contract records can hold employer file, license, visa-quota and premises context where configured. These fields help HR organize the work around a role and its establishment records; they do not connect to a ministry, reserve a visa or certify that an applicant can work.

The responsible team should verify each document and requirement, define who may access it and decide what approved information is appropriate to carry into onboarding or government-relations workflows.

BUYER QUESTIONS

What should you clarify before you decide?

Does résumé assistance make a hiring decision?

No. Where configured, it helps organize structured candidate information for a recruiter’s review. Hiring teams remain responsible for verifying information, interviewing candidates and making every employment decision.

What should move from recruitment into onboarding?

Implementation defines the approved handover, information and permissions. A candidate record should not become an unrestricted employee record without the organization’s review and controlled transition.
