Scope and agreement hierarchy
These Terms apply to your access to and use of the public Enfinity website, including its content, resources and contact forms. They do not replace the agreement between Enfinity and a subscribing customer. If you access an Enfinity cloud application as an employee, contractor or other authorized user, your organization’s customer agreement, product documentation and internal policies govern that use.
Where a customer agreement, order form, data processing agreement, service level commitment or product-specific terms applies, those documents prevail over these website Terms to the extent of any conflict. A demonstration, brochure, web page or sales discussion is not a binding commitment unless incorporated into a signed agreement.
Using this website
You may use this website for legitimate business purposes and in accordance with applicable law. You are responsible for ensuring that information you submit is accurate, complete and authorized. You must not impersonate another person, misrepresent an affiliation, submit unlawful content or use the site in a way that could harm Enfinity, its customers or other visitors.
- Do not interfere with, probe or attempt unauthorized access to the website, services, accounts or networks.
- Do not introduce harmful code, automated attacks, denial-of-service activity or content designed to disrupt the service.
- Do not scrape or crawl the website in a way that bypasses controls, creates unreasonable load or conflicts with published technical guidance.
- Do not copy, frame or present Enfinity content in a misleading, deceptive or unauthorized manner.
Demos, enquiries and proposals
A request for a demo, consultation, brochure or proposal does not create a subscription, partnership, employment relationship or obligation to purchase. Enfinity may qualify requests, follow up with the details provided and decline to provide a demonstration where appropriate.
Any scope, pricing, timelines, integrations, migration activities, localization, regulatory configuration, artificial-intelligence features or service commitments must be confirmed in the applicable written agreement. Product roadmaps and future-looking statements are informational only and may change without notice.
Information on this website
We work to keep website content current and useful, but product information, availability, features, compatibility and roadmaps may change. Website content is general information, not a binding offer, warranty or professional advice. Please confirm requirements with Enfinity before making a purchase decision.
Enfinity applications are designed to support business workflows; they do not replace professional legal, tax, payroll, accounting, employment, security or compliance advice. Customers remain responsible for their legal obligations, policies, approvals, records, reports, filings and decisions, including validation of country-specific payroll and statutory settings.

Accounts and customer services
If you use an Enfinity application, keep your credentials confidential and promptly notify your organization or Enfinity of suspected unauthorized access. Do not share accounts or access the service through credentials assigned to another person. Customer administrators are responsible for managing authorized users, authentication methods, roles and permissions within their organization.
You must use the service only within the scope of authorization granted by the customer. Enfinity may rely on actions performed through valid credentials unless notified that those credentials have been compromised. The customer agreement controls account administration, support entitlements and access where it differs from these website terms.
Acceptable use of cloud applications
Authorized users must use Enfinity services lawfully, responsibly and in accordance with customer policies. You must not use the services to store or transmit unlawful, infringing, fraudulent, defamatory, discriminatory or harmful material; violate privacy rights; compromise security; or interfere with another user’s access.
You must not bypass usage limits or security controls, attempt to derive source code except where law expressly permits it, conduct unauthorized security testing, use the service to develop a competing product, or use automated tools in a manner that adversely affects service integrity or availability. Enfinity may investigate suspected misuse and take proportionate action as allowed by the applicable agreement or law.
Customer data and responsibilities
Customers retain responsibility for the accuracy, quality, legality and rights associated with their data and for the means by which it was obtained. Customers must provide required notices, obtain valid permissions, configure retention, decide access permissions and maintain a process for responding to data-subject requests.
Customers should evaluate integrations, exports, AI-assisted functions and third-party services before enabling them. Enfinity provides tools and documentation to support administration, but a customer remains accountable for its business decisions, controls and use of outputs.
Intellectual property
The Enfinity name, logos, website, application designs, documentation and content are protected by applicable intellectual-property laws. Subject to these Terms, you receive no ownership interest in Enfinity intellectual property. You may not copy, modify, distribute, reverse engineer or create derivative works except where permitted by law or agreed in writing by Enfinity.
If you provide feedback, ideas or suggestions, you allow Enfinity to use them without restriction or compensation, provided we do not identify you as the source without permission. Enfinity respects third-party intellectual property rights and may remove material that appears to infringe them.
Confidentiality
Information disclosed in a non-public demo, proposal, pilot, support session or commercial discussion may be confidential. Each party should use the other party’s confidential information only for the relevant business purpose, protect it with reasonable care and disclose it only to personnel or advisers who need to know it and are bound by suitable obligations. Specific confidentiality terms in a signed agreement prevail.
Third-party services
This website may link to third-party services or content. Those services are governed by their own terms and privacy notices. Enfinity is not responsible for third-party content, availability or practices.
Disclaimers and liability
To the extent permitted by applicable law, the website is provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis. Enfinity does not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free website operation, that website content is complete for every use case, or that the site will be free from all harmful components. You are responsible for maintaining appropriate protection for your devices and systems.
Nothing in these Terms limits liability that cannot legally be limited. Any liability relating to subscribed services, implementation, support, data processing, service levels or paid products is governed by the applicable customer agreement, not by these website Terms.
Suspension and termination
Enfinity may suspend, restrict or terminate access to the website or a non-production resource if we reasonably believe it is necessary to protect the service, investigate misuse, comply with law, address a security risk or enforce these Terms. We will use reasonable efforts to limit disruption where appropriate. Termination or suspension of paid cloud services is governed by the applicable customer agreement.
Governing requirements
These Terms are interpreted in accordance with the requirements that apply to the relevant Enfinity entity, service and user relationship. Mandatory consumer, data protection or other laws may give you rights that these Terms cannot exclude. Any governing-law, venue or dispute-resolution provision for a subscribed service will be set out in the applicable customer agreement.
Changes and contact
We may update these Terms as the website and our services evolve. Continued use after an update means you accept the revised Terms. For questions about these Terms, contact Enfinity through our Contact page.
