THE CHALLENGE

Where the work was getting harder.

International Mill’s workforce operates across more than 35 locations, including sales teams, field representatives and production staff. In that setting, attendance is not a single clock-in event. Weekly shifts can change, mobile employees may visit more than one location, and HR must keep employee and company documents in view. The company needed a solution that could give distributed teams structure without adding friction.

  • Attendance, shifts and workforce communication had to work across more than 35 locations.
  • Sales and field teams needed flexible support for changing schedules and multiple daily locations.
  • Paper-driven communication and document-expiry follow-up added avoidable work for HR.
THE APPROACH

A system shaped around the operation.

The rollout combined Core HR, payroll, attendance and employee self-service on web and mobile. Geo-location attendance, dynamic rosters, document-expiry alerts, penalty workflows and digital announcements addressed the operational detail behind everyday workforce management. Arabic mobile access was also part of the approach, helping a predominantly non-English-speaking workforce engage with the service directly.

  • Implemented Core HR, payroll, attendance and employee self-service across web and mobile.
  • Configured geo-location attendance, dynamic roster management, document-expiry alerts and digital announcements.
  • Provided Arabic mobile access to support workforce adoption.
THE RESULT

What changed in the day-to-day.

The documented results show high mobile-app adoption and lower effort for attendance, rosters, HR administration and payroll processing. More importantly, the company gained a clearer operating rhythm across locations. HR could work from a common set of records, managers could handle changing shifts with more context, and employees had a direct route to essential information and services.

  • 85–90% employee adoption of the ESS mobile application.
  • 60–65% reduction in attendance and roster-management effort.
  • 45–50% reduction in HR administrative workload and 35–40% faster payroll processing.
“The implementation of Enfinity HCM has significantly improved our operational control and compliance. The system is practical, flexible, and well aligned with Kuwait labor regulations.”
